iPhone APPS for Real Estate Professionals

iPhone APPS for Real Estate Professionals

I am pleased to announce that today MobileAppLoader has launched its beta program for small businesses.  This ground-breaking product -- one of a kind -- enables small businesses to deploy customized mobile applications for iPhones and include them in App Stores.  For a limited time, they are offering the customizable iPhone application, "Real Estate - Real Easy"  for free with no setup or monthly fees during the beta period.

As many of you know, I love my iPhone as a business tool and yes, as a cell phone too.  I use it all day, everyday.  In most cases, helping and assisting our members.  There are so many applications I use and love, but way too many to list here. Apptism.com is currently tracking 31,102 iPhone Apps, including my AR Business Card I posted about last week. To get a free copy, CLICK HERE

As promised, here's the video showing you how to get your own customized iPhone app for your business.

MoblieAppLoader is now offering you the same deal they did me.  I made a promise to my AR friends that they would get first shot at this so here you go.  Having worked with their Developer (Zvika Ashkenazi) these past few weeks, I've had the chance to test and measure their product, their responsiveness, and most importantly, their commitment to customer service and satisfaction.  I rate them very high in all the above.

Now you can have your own iPhone app custom created, quality assurred, and available on iTunes and other app stores in no time at all.  It looks like agents from Intero and Century 21 already have.

Check it out, this even made Inman News Today.

For more applications by Zvika and MobileAppLoader, you can see them on iTunes Here.

Thanks for posting this great application.  I am really excited to give it a try, but it looks like i'm not the only one.  The web site is down and looks like it won't be up again until April 6 (Monday).  Looks like its worth the wait!

Brad - This is pretty cool.  I can't wait to get an iphone and try it out!  :)

It looks like Zvika's site it getting "Rained" on today by some of that "AR LoveRain!"  We may have crashed his site! Ooops  lol~

I just got off the phone with him and he'll have it back up right away.  Said he had a ton of traffic that was taking it's toll.

Hey Zvika, If you're reading this...  it adds a whole new meaning to the phrase, "When it rains, IT POURS!" eh??    :-)

Posted by Brad Andersohn (Zillow - Outreach Manager) about 3 years ago

Brad, well I think you have convinced me to get an iPhone.  I think it is a very cool phone and I have been afraid of the call quality with AT&T.  But all this apps are way to neat to pass on.  Thanks and have a great day.

So this is an app that your client installs so they can have buttons to email you or go to your website?

The only other thing I can determine from their videos and site is that clients can email you about a property and the app informs the agent where the client was (geographically) when they sent the email.

Is there anything else?

Posted by Matthew Hardy about 3 years ago

Hmmmm... Look at all the good things for iPhone users.. And I'm stuck with my BB

Posted by Roland Woodworth,SFR - Clarksville Short Sale and Foreclosure Resource (Keller Williams Realty) about 3 years ago

Matthew - you can have them customize the app to do whatever you want.  You create the branding, the images, the content, the links etc.  You'll notice mine does offer the feature you mention and it works great.  Some of the other features I added besides the email and website links are:

  • A mortgage Calculator
  • A Link to the AR Team Blog
  • An about Company Link
  • A "Search" ActiveRainbutton
  • A Video - "I Chose The AR Voices"

Yours would have to be customized to you, your business, your company and clients needs.

I have an Iclone (an iphone clone which comes from china) that I have had for 2 years, I wonder if the apps will work on the clone.  I will have to give them a try.

Hey, this is an excellent tool.  Looks like the demand for this Realtor product is overwhelming the company right now.  They have a note asking to check back on April 6th because an unexpected demand.  It is an excellent idea, thanks for sharing.

When will be able to customize the app that you have for our own personal use?

Posted by Christopher Johnston (The Johnston Team) about 3 years ago

WOW! A comment from Broker B and TLW in the same post, I'm honored!  Bryant, just call me and I'll hook you up man.  I've had mine over a year now, and feel the exact same way you do.  Just wait, you aint seen nothing yet.  Call me this weekend.  :-)

Kevin - call quality is important, make sure you have good AT&T coverage in your areas.  It is first and foremost a phone...or is it?

Roland - it's ok, nothing lasts forever.  For what it's worth, if I didn't have an iPhone, I'd have a BlackBerry.

Robert - an iClone? Cool.  Try it and let me know if it works.  You can test out my app and see. Thanks.

Winston - I been called many things, but never that!  lol~

Bridget - they are both great phones, but as far as applications go, it's the iPhone hands down.

Chris - your REALTOR friend will love it!!

Kim - that's actually kinda cool.  Gotta love when AR members have that kinda power in a WEB 2.0 world.

Christopher - Now! Or at least when the site is back up.  Looks like we overloaded them with "rain" today!  hehehe....
You won't be able to customize my app, but you can create your own just like it if you want.  Enjoy.

Hi Brad,

Thanks again for blogging about MobileAppLoader.

As people mentioned in the blog the launch of the Beta attracted much attention ("Rain") and we discovered a technical issue. I have asked the team to work through the weekend to solve it.

I look forward to working with this "Active" community!
