RainCamp Is Coming To The Capitol of the United States of America
Come join us at RainCamp DC for an awesome educational opportunity that will take your Real Estate Business to new heights. Lots of folks have been screaming for RainCamp to come to the East Coast again, specifically Washington DC, and we want you to know we've been listening. It's been confirmed! Time to get the "Air Force One" ready for travel, or at least a really nice Boeing 747.
June 10th - The Kellogg Conference Hotel
Gaullaudet University
(ranked top 10 worldwide)
800 Florida Ave NE
Washington, DC 20002
RainCamp DC will be everything you've heard and expect it to be. Great speakers, New and powerful technology, Special Guests, How and Why to use specific social media tools, and a laser targeted plan for your Real Estate Business that will be essential to your success today, and in the future!
These RainCamp Testimonials are great, but unless you can experience this event first-hand for yourself, you'll never really understand the power and potential this type of education and information can and will have on your Real Estate Business. There's none quite like it!
Remember To Register early, previous RainCamps have sold out, and the platinum seating is always at a premium. You can Register here, or at: @ActiveRain.com/RainCamp. Either way, make sure you register fast. It's no fun getting emails from those of you who miss these.
We look forward to bringing RainCamp to the US Capitol next month. It's an event good enough to be held at the White House, unfortunately, their venue is very busy and booked with other educational and informational events. We'll just have to settle this time with the Kellogg Conference Hotel.
YES! We are coming to many other cities too, so before you comment with "When are you coming to....." you can be rest assurred that we'll be posting all the information, dates, venues, and locations at the RainCamp site. :-)
Come Learn, Inspire, and Achieve!

Jonathan,
Thanks. Just registered. I'm sure this one will be sold out.
Rich
For those that are close by, it should be a great event.
Hey Richard - looking forward to seeing you there, i think you're right.
Lane - we'll have the Air Force One swing by and pick you up! :-)
Brad-I'm already a Platinum member from NYC. So it think I can attend for free. How do I sign up without having to pay again?
Just got back from NAR in DC !!! Gonna try to make this in June !!!!!!!!!!
Yay. Finally a date to add to the calendar. DC in June will be a blast.
That will be awesome, I will definately try to make it. I know that it will sell out soon.
Thank you! Lots of family in from out-of-town that day so I will likely pack up early, but I'm looking forward to it!
Hmm. Not the southeast but thanks for the east!!!:)
Krista:
I have been begging for the same thing. I am going to make every effort to make this but I don't think I will be able to get up to DC.
Lisa
Jonathan - it was great to see you and Doug last night, and good news about the RainCamp. We'll spread the word. I can't wait for RainCampLA this Saturday.
Jeff
Cindy, Can you shoot me an email about this and I'll follow up with you off line.
Krista, The Southeast is coming soon!
Lisa, We are planning to be in Miami and Atlanta in the next 3-4 Raincamps
Jeff, Thanks for the offer of help to spread the word. It was great seeing you and everyone else who stopped by last night as well!!! I can't wait for RainCampLA this Saturday either.
When will it come back to Houston? It really sucked that I couldn't make the last visit. It's hard to tell a buyer NO when that turns out to be there ONLY day to view properites. I ended up closing that buyer, so it wasn't all bad.
Thanks for the heads up! I may be in town and maybe able to attend. Need a speaker? LOL
I used to live there and first got my license there, oh well. I bet it will be jammed.
Hello all:
If you can get cheap airfare, this experience is worth traveling for! I learned so much at RainCamp Dallas.
June 10???? If y'all could have scheduled it a week later, I'd have been there. That's finals week for my students, so I can't. Bummer!!!!
The RainCamp in Chicago was fantastic. People would be crazy to miss this if they were within range to attend in DC. I think the drive from Indianapolis to DC would be a little bit of a stretch, but maybe next time!
Hey Brad, Let's plan a Rain Camp in Mission B.C. sometime. Less of a commute for me.
How about a stop in Michigan? Hope to hear of one soon!
Thanks
Tom
Yeah, raincamp DC - I am signing up today!
Blog-N-Roll Brad...
The link to the calendar is busted. It may considered asking alot, but can someone please let us know about the Orlando RainCamp. I know Orlando is in the works and we want to attend. Howeveer, we need to make plans. Booking a room will be a must for us. And we need to hire someone to feed my gators while I'm gone. You wouldn't want them to starve to death, would ya? :)
TLW...ROAR!
Finally, I have been waiting for this for a long time. . I'll be there
Brad - The DC location you selected is fantastic. I just looked it up on GoogleMaps. The one thing that ActiveRainers need to know is that many hotels are extremely expensive near the Capitol so they might want to stay in a location further away.
Unfortunately, the Cherry Blossom festival will have ended several weeks before RainCamp. I love your promo photo.
Hi Brad,
WOW !!!! RainCamp is a must go to event!!!!!!!!!!!
RainCamp Dallas was Fabulous ..
You will learn sooo much!!!
Brad - I'm back again. Hmmm, TLW has gators. How convenient. Why visit swampland in Florida to see gators when all you need to do is visit her? :)
I am lookiing forward to attending this event.
I hope to be able to attend this event!
Hi Greg,
It's a bummer that we missed you in Dallas. However, the Texas crowd was amazing and I we all enjoyed our time there so much that I bet we will be back within the next six months. Not exactly around right away, but in the scheme of things that's pretty quick.
Jim,
We would love it if you made time to come. I'll pass your speaking offer to Bob, Ben, and Brad. They are the ones who work with the local experts.
Chris,
The buzz for the raincamps have been consistently increasing, and DC is a huge market, so I'm sure it'll be a great crowd.
Hey Aaron,
Thanks for the props!
(I was logged in earlier of Brad's account (fixing another error that I made) and accidentally posted this comment as him earlier. Sorry for the confusion.)
This is a great event. Great way to connect and learn.
Terry, You're in luck! We have a Raincamp coming to Bellingham, WA at the end of this month. That is about the close to Mission as you could ever hope to get.
Tom, WA DC is probably the closest we'll get to Michigan for a while. Hope you can make it.
Yay Betsy!
TLW, as soon as we have a confirmed venue we'll let you know. Hopefully we will be able to give you plenty of lead time. Right now we are planning for Miami and Atlanta. Orlando will be after those two locations.
Rain camp is always going somewhere other than NH.......! Come on up here to "the Live Free or Die State!"
Patricia
Does rain camp ever get to Atlanta? It woud be great fun to attend
Finally my prayers have been answered. Thank you Jesus-LOL. I am soooo looking forward to meeting all you great,fun-loving,very unselfish, humorous,Active Rain superstars. Just purchased my PLATINUM TICKET.
Washington...
That's where "Sherman" lives. Giddy up :)
This really isn't my fault. You People give me points for my nonsense :)
TLW...ROAR!
I think i'll have to try to make this one. I'm debating between platinum and gold.
I just purchased 2 platinum tickets - one for me and one for my husband Arthur. The link to print them doesn't work Karen
Brad, thanks for the annoucements. We've been waiting for a Rain Camp of our own. I'm off to register right now!
Brad, Already have a platinum pass. Sign me up See you in DC.
Got my platinum. . .see you all there!
I guess I need an umbrella for the Rain Event. I just signed up.
I signed up. See you there - looking forward to it.
Darn, I arrive on the 12th. My daughter and my grand boys are moving there so I am going to visit~would love to attend again. I learned so much at the San Francisco event.
It's beginning to RAIN across the country.... Maybe it will RAIN in the Nashville area soon... ( Just no more flooding )
What time does it begin and end? I want to go just need to figure out a schedule. It is a 5 hour drive.
Damon - the registration will start at 8:00am, RainCamp runs from 9-5pm. There's a VIP gathering after the event so you may want to consider spending the night, looking forward to seeing you there. :-)
Wow! DC is great in the spring time! I hope there are seats left when I register. Please remem ber me at referral time!
Brad, several of us who did the platimum thing in New York are trying to register and can't. So what's up?
Pat,
I will take care of your ticket and get you registered. If you know of others who bought the platinum pass in New York who are trying to register, please have them leave a comment here or email me directly and I will get their ticket registered as well.
Anything in CT, NY or MA soon?
It just so happens that the 10th is a perfect day for me. No student exams that day, and I don't have to be back for work the next day, so as soon as I can purchase my platinum ticket, I'll see y'all in DC...YES!!!
Can you pack me in your suitcase? lol. I know MANY are reaping the benefits with Raincamp and also another perk is meeting other members too!
I can't wait! It'll be my second RainCamp. I am trying to recruit fellow stagers to come. can't wait for the BUZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZ.
Vivian
Awesome!
This is right around the corner. Looking forward to seeing what all the hub bub is about. Is laptop access available only for Platinum or do the rest of the seats have electricity/laptop hookup also?
Brad - The RainCamp signup page billing section only allows US ZIP CODES to be entered for credit cards. Canadian zip codes are LNL NLN (L = letter, N = number). How can Canadians enter their billing info?
(I won't have time to go to DC but you should get it fixed for the next RainCamp.)
Brad,
Although he didn't say so this time, Marc would like a Rain Camp in Toronto. And, I think it would be quite popular.
I'm still waiting...
Brian
Hi Brad, I will email you. I need help. I don't think it accepted my registration. it kept rejecting my username. I want to be there. Thanks Margaret C.
Tried one more time and have my ticket. See you there!!
Brad I'm registered and am counting the days eagerly Karen
My recommendation... get your tickets now and go. You'll be happy you did. Raincamp is a great event. Don't miss it!
Hi, you don't like Palm Beach, Florida
I really wish I could join you! I look forward to you coming to my town and will keep checking for posts of new dates.
Anyone from the Upstate NY area going? I think this is as close as it will get to us and I REALLY want to go!!
Just did Raincamp Bellingham yesterday. It was awesome. Don't miss raincamp anywhere it is close to you.
Just tried to register but didn't get a confirmation. Can you tell me if my ticket has been confirmed?
Bob,
I bought the platinum ticket in NYC and already bought another for Washington, DC. Can you refund the DC amount? If not, I think it's worth it, so it's not a big worry. Thanks.
Can't wait. This should be great!
Mike Anastasia Weichert Realtors, Mclean Va
Virginia and I have our platinumum passes and will be there with bells on!
MB
I've heard the RainCamps are fantastic. Is there one planned for Toronto by any chance?
Brad, I purchased my platinum ticket for raincamp, but I forgot to print it out :(! Is there anything I can do? Please message me at anna@lnf.com.
Thank you!
Anna - you can contact Bob Stewart here at AR and he'll see that you get your ticket taken care of. :-)
Phoenix?
Go, Go, Go....the LA one was great and if I could travel the country attending these camps, I would.
unless you can experience this event first-hand for yourself, you'll never really understand the power and potential this type of education and information can and will have on your Real Estate Business.
This is true! I attended in LA. It was excellent.
One caution. You will receive so much information your head might explode. :)
Hi Brad. I wish I could attend. I have yet to attend one.
To Everyone - You should go. You will learn many things and knowledge is a good thing.... I went to NYC and I'm still utilizing all the things I've learned.. Amazing stuff.. You should go. A word to the wise.
I would love to attend, but I can't. Any chance to get one in the southeast? Hope everyone has a great time.
Great informative. Thank you!
I hear nothing but great things about these rain camps. Looks like you are getting closer and closer to NH.
Oh I'm there, platinum pass baby!!
Brad I'm counting down hours now, not days Karen
I attended Rain Camp in New York City in January (back to back with Inman Connect!) and it was awesome! Lots of great information from Ben Kinney (he rocks!), now to implement. Would love to attend this one too for a refresher.
I wish I could go - but I'm working that day - a closing and a few other things. I have family in DC too.
So where is the party? And when? Should we locals start to put one together?
Kinda Short Notice? It is unfortunate that the raincamps are not planned out farther in advance so that more people can plan to attend. Just a thought that might make them better.
Thanks for the suggestion Robert. This was originally announced back in early May but even so, I think you are right.....even more advance notice than that would be optimal.
Lol Blog-N-Roll...
You frickin' really did do the vid. "Maybe not this week or this month". Lmao :)
TLW...ROAR!
