I am really excited about coming to Southern California for ActiveRain's RainCamp in San Diego, one of the best real estate events of the year. This one is going to be extra special because Bob will be back joining us from his recent wedding and honeymoon. We missed you in Portland Bob! :-)
On August 5th I will be in beautiful San Diego, with three of the most influential people in real estate: Jonathan Washburn, our CEO and Founder of ActiveRain, Mr. Ben Kinney, a Mega Agent from Seattle and now Nationally renowned speaker, and back by popular demand, Bob Stewart, ActiveRain's Community Evangelist.
See how past RainCamp attendees are raving about how RainCamp has helped their business. You really don't want to miss an event of this magnitude, plus they really are more fun than you could ever imagine a one-day conference or seminar.
(this is the only time or place I'll mention this, so don't forget)
RainCamp San Diego - What If All 2859 Members Show Up
What If All 2859 Members Show Up? Then we'll have one heck of a party and after gathering!!
At RainCamp we'll be talking about all kinds of strategies to improve your online presence and to help you earn business using the web. No RainCamp is ever exactly the same because the local markets change and each demographic is unique to that geographic area. Bringing in some of the local experts and talent is always exciting and a huge learning experience for us all.
RainCamp is brought to you by ActiveRain and we have made it possible for everyone to attend with donation based tickets. We want everyone to have access to the information we are sharing - it's that important for the success of your business as the internet becomes more and more, a crucial part of your lead generation.
Make sure you come up to me and give me your business card with the word "RainMaker" written on it somewhere, I'll have a cool surprise for you if you do.
Click here to register. Seating is limited so secure your seat today. See you there!

Hi Brad,
WOW.....Another Great Opportunity .....RainCamp San Diego !!!!
Is Donna gonna be there!!???
San Diego and RainCamp almost tempted to hop a plane myself. A great combination.
Wow I can't wait!!
Wouldn't I love to combine a favorite place with another RainCamp, Brad! Need quite a few more RainChecks to join the fun...
You definitely must attend if you're serious about earning mega bucks as an agent.
RainCamp RULES!!!!!
Brad - Who doesn't love RainCamp? And I hope you get 2859 cards with RainMaker written on them! LOL.
I may have to stay longer at this one you guys, just so I can take in some of the other great sites in the San Diego area.
WOW, look at all these other things I can do down there. Things_to_Do_in_San_Diego
Really looking forward to finally meeting some of you that I feel like I have known for so long already. It'll be a blast for sure!
Susan, I'll be in big trouble if that actually happened! Shhhhh..... lol~ :-)
RainCamp is one of the most important events for any agent to attend. The wealth of information and useful tips you walk out with is amazing. I am still just getting to following through with all of the suggestions from RainCamp Dallas several months ago. Don't miss the opportunity to walk out a better agent than when you came in.
I bet it will be a HUGE turnout. What kind of capacity do you have?
you need to go. Portland was GREAT!!! you will have a lot info at #raincamp
Brad,
Rain camp has so much to offer....and I had a blast! It was fun to meet you...sorry I missed Bob....but next time!
I learned soooo much from Rain Camp. I agree with Ken....you need to go folks!!!
Hey Chris - capacity is NOT 2859, but lets see what happens! :-O
Brad, DEFINTELY would be there, but we will be in Nashville that week. But I will look for other venues and hopefully attend one before the end of the year! Have fun in SUNNY (today) San Diego! ~ Susan Laxson
When are you coming to the Atlanta area? We need help!
Brad.. Just one question about this.. have you booked a room large enough to hold the capacity of 2,859 people.. just in case all of them show up?
I've been told that you will be sharing slightly different stuff than was shared in Los Angeles. Is that true?
Hi Brad... after last Friday's festivities in Michigan it might be a big assumption that Bob is coming back so soon!
Brad really looking forward to the Orlando Rain Camp with my friend Cyndee.
Katrina Madewell, Tampa FL
Brad - I expect it will be another stellar event. After all, CA has some terrific bloggers, and I bet there will be some tremendous bloggers from Nevada and Arizona, too.
Jeff
SanDiego is such a great place to have a Raincamp. I may have to look into airfare.
Hi Brad. I will be at the Orlando one. I'm looking forward to it :)
I am looking forward to attending-- and the weather will be great.
If you are even close to serious about blogging and social media... Sign up, go, run to the event, be a VIP and make sure you bring your laptop and a video camera. Because if you do, you will get so much useful information and the video tape... You can go back and catch all the little things you missed while trying to take all the notes.

Even I was amazed at how much I learned.
I wish I was there...
I was at RainCamp Seattle for my 14 Year wedding anniversary, and I'll be at RainCamp San Diego on my oldest sons 24th Birthday. I may just have to fly him in from Texas for all the festivities. Hmmm....
Patsy - Atlanta soon... :-)
Valerie - one word "Sardines!" lol
Melissa - that is true, they are all slightly different.
Steve - We missed Bob, and Bob misses us!! :-O
Todd - I didn't think you could learn anything else, thanks for the endorsement, and thanks for being on the panel in Portland.
Thanks everyone for your comments and all your support, I have a feeling that there's no room or venue in San Diego that is or will be ready for the likes of the ActiveRain crowd, we are a unique and wiley bunch! lol~
RainCamp Orlando is going to be GREAT!!! I can't wait!!!
The NY event was great and I love San Diego hmmm. maybe Ill fly out for the day.
Looking forward to San Diego my first RainCamp.
Barbara - you can count on it!
Josef - we'd love to have you fly out for the day, long treck, but we'll make it worth your while.
Jim - we look forward to seeing and having you there, thanks. :-)
And don't forget about the Boston Rain Camp on July 26th, Boston is absolutely beautiful this time of year, go to the Camp in Boston and then come and check out our beautiful beaches along the south coast to Cape Cod and don't forget about our history here, this is where it all began, let your Rain Camp adventure begin here too...hope to see you on the 26th!
San Diego is a great place I wish I could make it. When are you coming to Northern California again?
Brad,
My first Rain Camp! I can't wait. I'll be searching you out.
I'm going to my second Rain Camp and bringing my broker. He's not on Active Rain, but I think he's tired of me nagging. I caught him in a week moment and bought his ticket before he changed his mind.
If you are thinking about coming, COME!!!!!!!!!!!! Quit thinking about it. It will change your business.
Rain Camp isn't coming to Apple Valley......I'm going to them.
Hi Karen - awesome, be sure to come up and introduce your broker to us in SD, that would be great!! :-)
OK San Diego, the Challenge is out! When Brad came to Vancouver / Portland for Raincamp he got to go away with some awesome Hair-Bender Coffee (stuff you won't find at Starbucks!). See if you can beat that, as Brad has been tasked to report on all the great regional Coffee he comes across.
Hahaha ~ and I haven't slept yet!! LOL~ :-)
Sounds like a huge party taking place in San Diego
I'm with Patsy #16 - RainCamp needs to come to the South - like Atlanta or Nashville.
San Diego RainCamp sounds like it will be a lot of fun for those who can attend.
Brad,
Russel will be there for sure. He's always bitching that it's never in San Diego.
If you got that many to show up, I would cancel my family vacation and come network from here in Idaho! What about scheduling one in New Orleans while people are there for NAR's meeting in November?
Good Morning Brad, When you were last in in San Diego, we met for the first time. We had a great event that and I would expect that this one will be even more special. As I mentioned to staff, I am scheduled to be back East. I think that has been resolved so don't be surprised if you see there. :-)
Roland - YEP!!
Rhonda - would love to come to both, I'd bring my guitar to Nashville....
Terry - we'll see... lol~
Jim - that's not a bad idea. :-)
William - would love to see you again, hope you can make it.
Great event! I've been writing like crazy ever since. Great shot, she actually looks like she's paying attention.
Kryste
I'm in with Todd on this one... if you do anything for your real estate career this year, head to Raincamp. Yes, bring your laptop, your video recorder, take pictures, write notes... It's a vitally important contemporary conversation... It's about now. Just Go....
Brad ~ I am so jealous of all these rain-camps but none near us. I can't wait for Atlanta. I have heard soon all year can you give us a glimmer of when so we can at least get excited? I am begging here can you tell...lol
Have fun in San Diego it is a great place to visit.
Hi June - I wish I could give you an answer but I never know until it's booked and confirmed. Kerrie might be the one to check with, she is in charge of setting up the details of these events and might know more than I do about coming to your location.
Waiting for Rain Camp Key West or Rain Camp Miami :)
See y'all there!
RainCamp San Diego has SOLD OUT! Hold on to those golden tickets if you were one of the lucky ones! :)
